I came to work with people with disabilities absolutely consciously and with a firm belief in the need for complete immersion in the history of everyone who turns to MTU Inclusio SICPD for help and support. For a long time, my family was my priority. In the present, I have already taken place as a wife, mother, grandmother, so I invest all my free time, a big heart and a huge supply of energy in an active social position.
When I work, I also laid out on the full extent.
And I can’t stand people who don’t care what they do. I’ve seen enough in life to clearly define for myself what I like and what I don’t like.
I definitely don’t like those who hurt, humiliate, insult any person with a disability.
I am ready to deal to the end with each case of discrimination.
I’m willing to listen and I don’t like people who don’t know how to cheer up. Most of all, I dislike the cynicism and indifference of social workers who find it difficult to tear themselves away from a cup of tea to answer a request for help.
To every person with a disability, I want to say this: don’t give up, don’t give in to condescending ridicule, ridiculous contempt or ignorance. You can’t be afraid when you defend your rights, otherwise nothing will work out. If you want to achieve something, you need to work hard.
We are ready to work with you together to achieve the desired result.
